4. Bring the wide end over the front of the knot again, from right to left.
5. Bring the wide end up through the loop around your neck.
6. Pull the wide end down through the loop you just made in the front of the knot.
7. Hold the narrow end with one hand, and slide the knot up to your collar with the other hand.
8. Tighten the knot and adjust it so it's neat and centered.

• The tip of the wide end of the tie should hit the middle of your belt buckle when you're done.
